Returns and Refunds

Diving Courses and Experiences:

We know plans can change and we offer free of charge rescheduling 12 hours before your booked time. However for any rescheduling requests less than 12 hours before your experience, 50% will be deducted from your experience charge. No refund will be offered for no shows or rescheduling less than 3 hours from your experience time. This is to ensure other divers and following schedule is not affected.

Diving Gear and Equipments:

So you received your order but something but didn't work for you? We've got you covered, just return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days from date of delivery and we will process your refund. 

Send the below details to support@divecampus.com and if approved, we will schedule a pick up for you.

  1. Subject line: Return Request for Order Number: XXXXX (Enter your order number)
  2. Reason for return
  3. Date of purchase and delivery

Your refund will be credited on your account as DiveCampus Credits within 5 working days after the item is collected back. You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size/color or to order any other item you would like. 

Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange on Diving Gear and Equipments:

  1. Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item should be in good condition along with the original tag and not used
  3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.
  4. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on intimates (swimwear, shorts, etc.)

Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products due to their brand policies. Refer to the product description for details during your purchase.
