Picture this - You roll off the boat, done your cylinders, and your rig simply disappears. No fighting for trim. No struggling with tanks. No trapped air in your BC to put you off balance. Just you, the reef and an effortless trim.
That is the feeling that JAVA Sidemount was built for, and it has officially arrived in the UAE. DiveCampus is proud to be the official JAVA Sidemount distributor, bringing the full range to divers, instructors and dive centres across the Emirates and around the GCC.
Built by Cave Diving Experts Who Seek Precision
Every JAVA Sidemount system is handcrafted in Indonesia and designed by an experienced cave diver, Instructor and explorer Rinto Ariyadi..And that matters! Caves are where sidemount was born, and where gear is tested to its full potential: tight spaces, long dives and no room for kit that shifts, snags or lets you down. JAVA takes those lessons and puts them into a rig any diver can enjoy.
A system that disappears
The low-profile, streamlined harness sits stays flat against your body, even with up to 6 cylinders clipped on. No bulk, No drag and a clean profile, whether you are gliding over a reef or easing through a wreck.
A system that keeps you levelled
JAVA's diamond-shaped wing puts lift exactly where you need it, so you hold flat, stable trim without working for it. Say goodbye to the "turtle effect", where trapped gas lifts your back and rolls you off balance.
Tank adjustments with one hand
Experience the sliding D-ring system uniquely designed by JAVA. Move your cylinders precisely as the air of your cylinder reduces and increases in buoyancy, with one hand, effortlessly keeping your tank perfectly in trim.
From your first sidemount dive to full technical
The design is intuitive and quick to rig, which makes it a natural choice for a diver's first sidemount. It is also capable enough for technical divers running multiple stages, and even converts between sidemount and backmount in about two minutes.
One system two personas
The innovative Weight System Pad (WSP) and harness can be configured for backmount diving by just adding a bladder and cam bands.
Made to be yours![]()
JAVA comes in 13 Signature tones and endless customization options, so your rig looks as personal as it feels.
Intelligent simplicity. Serious capability. That's JAVA.
