This workshop is a great way to begin your Freediving journey. These sessions are conducted in our indoor DiveTank (4 meters deep) by our Freediving Instructor where you learn foundational skills of Freediving to begin your journey and comfort in water. You can either add one or more sessions to improve your proficiency underwater.
Prerequisites:
Good physical health. Adequate swimming skills and comfort in the water. No prior experience with snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required.
