At DiveCampus, we believe in maintaining fairness, safety, and operational integrity for our customers and our team. These policies are designed to protect your booking, ensure smooth operations, and fairly manage last-minute changes, no-shows, weather interruptions, or supplier restrictions. 1. Session/Dive Trip Rescheduling & No-Shows
1.1. We know plans can change and we offer free of charge rescheduling 24 hours before your booked time for DiveTank (Pool) or Shore Dives and 48 hours for Boat Dives.
1.2. However, for any rescheduling requests less than mentioned hours before your session, 50% will be deducted from your session charge.
1.3. No refund will be offered for no shows or rescheduling less than above mentioned rescheduling time. This is to ensure other divers and other schedule is not affected. To reschedule, please contact through WhatsApp on +971507703484
1.4 In events beyond our control, such as poor weather or sea conditions, coast guard directives, or force majeure events — the session/dive trip amount will be available valid for 6 months from the original booking date to be used for a future dive trip of similar kind. No cash refunds are available in such cases.
2. Diving Course Cancellations
1.2.1 If you are unable to start or continue your course due to medical reason, you can always continue the course anytime within one year from purchase. Unless the course was purchased under any ongoing offers. Courses purchased through partner websites follow partner website validity and terms & condition.
1.2.2 Course if cancelled for medical reason is subject to partial refund (doesn’t include the PADI fees and administration fees) if notified within 15 days from the purchase and before utilizing any sessions. Valid medical certificate is required to prove the medical condition to process cancellation. Partial refund can be utilised towards booking the course for another family member or friend.
1.2.3 PADI eLearning if redeemed by student cannot be refunded but the eLearning will be available as a lifetime access and can be used anytime (anywhere in the world with PADI Center) to continue your PADI course in future.
1.2.4 Please note that no refund will be offered after 15 days of purchase or once a course/dive sessions has begun.
1.2.5 In case of amendment or cancellation subject to refund, 5% administration & handling fee will be applied, in addition to the cancellation policy as described above. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations always need to be submitted in writing by email (info@divecampus.com) to avoid misunderstanding.
3. Dive Trip Cancellations
3.1. All refund if applicable on Dive Trips is subject to 5% administration & handling fee will be applied, in addition to the cancellation policy as described below:
3.1.1. For Daily Dive Trips (within UAE), free rescheduling is available if rescheduled 48 hours before the trip departure.

Cancelation made 48 hours before the trip departure: 95% refund (5% administration & handling fee applied).

Cancelation made less than 48 hours before departure: No refund
3.1.2. For international trips (outside UAE), All trips booked with a non-refundable deposit are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the notice period. The trip balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) is refundable, the following applies:

Cancelation made 90+ days before the trip departure: 95% refund (5% administration & handling fee applied). Doesn’t apply to booking deposit.

Cancelation made 45–89 days before the trip departure: 50% refund. Doesn’t apply to deposit.
- Cancelation made less than 45 days before depature: No refund
3.1.3. For weekend/short stay dive trips (like but not limited to Musandam, Khasab, Daymaniyat Islands or Ras Al Hadd), following cancellation policy applies:

Cancelation made 30+ days before the trip departure: 90% refund

Cancelation made 7 days before the trip departure: 75% refund

Cancelation made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Please note: Deposits are used to secure liveaboard berths, accommodations, permits, and other third-party services that are non-refundable to us, hence we cannot offer refunds for those under any circumstance.
3.2. The amendment and cancellation policies of each Operator are different. When you make a Reservation, you automatically accept the cancellation policy of the relevant Operator. If you want to amend or cancel your Reservation, it ultimately depends on the terms of the Operator if and on what terms amendments and cancellations are possible. To avoid misunderstandings, we always ask you to make or confirm an amendment or cancellation request via email to info@divecampus.com.
3.3 DiveCampus has the right to replace the vessel/dive operator and run the same itinerary if the vessel/operator offers similar standards as the liveaboard or cruise boat that was initially booked by the guest. DiveCampus will not be liable for disputes arising out of the appointment of a different vessel.
3.4 No show OR early departure from a reservation/trip is the same as a cancellation after departure, and no refund applies.
3.5 All refunds are subject to a 5% administration fee to cover our finance charges, convenience fees, and/or handling costs incurred, in addition to the cancellation policy as described above. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations always need to be submitted in writing by email (info@divecampus.com) to avoid misunderstanding.
3.6 For any reason if the boat/vessel is found not in condition to sail or safe or if there are any delays in the dry dock, DiveCampus has the right to operate the same itinerary with a different vessel. In this case, the customers have to accept the change of vessel. If the standard of the vessel lacks important facilities, compensation can be made, but this is not an obligation. DiveCampus will not be liable for disputes arising out of the appointment of a different vessel.
3.7 Should your trip be cancelled due to weather conditions or safety reasons, DiveCampus policies entitles you to a reschedule of the trip under the same conditions, no cash refund applies for cancellations due to weather or sea conditions, force majeure or local regulations like coast guard directions.
3.8 Additional policies may apply in case of any Force Majeure events. DiveCampus reserves right to announce this based on the nature of the force majeure events.
4. Diving Gear Returns & Refunds:
4.1 If the dive gear can be returned or exchanged, it should be returned to DiveCampus in its original condition, packaging and product tags within 7 days from date of delivery and we will process your refund or exchange.

4.3 Your refund will be credited on your payment channel within 7 working days after the item is delivered to DiveCampus.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange on Diving Gear and Equipments:
- Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection.
- The item should be in good condition along with the original tag and not used
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on intimates (swimwear, shorts, etc.)
- For safety reasons, we do not offer returns on spearguns or electronic items
A no-return policy applies on some of our products due to their respective brand policies. Refer to the product description for details during your purchase.
4.4. DiveCampus reserves right to refund an order that is out-of-stock at the time of purchase.
4.5. No refund can be offered on custom gear or pre-ordered items.
