1.1 For session rescheduling/cancellations and no-shows:
1.1.1 We know plans can change and we offer free of charge rescheduling 24 hours before your booked time for Dubai dives and 48 hours hours for Fujairah Dives.
1.1.2 However for any rescheduling requests less than mentioned hours before your experience, 50% will be deducted from your experience charge.
1.1.3 No refund will be offered for no shows or rescheduling less than 12 hours from your experience time. This is to ensure other divers and other schedule is not affected. To reschedule, please contact through WhatsApp on +971507703484
1.2 For course/experience cancellation:
1.2.1 If you are unable to start or continue your course due to medical reason, you can always continue the course anytime within one year from purchase.
1.2.2 If it is required to cancel the course for medical reason before you begin (medical certificate required), we offer a refund on diving sessions (PADI fees not included) within 15 days from the purchase.
1.2.3 PADI eLearning if redeemed by student cannot be refunded but the eLearning will be available as a lifetime access and can be used anytime (anywhere in the world with PADI Center) to continue your PADI course in future.
1.2.4 Please note that no refund will be offered after 15 days of purchase or once a course/dive sessions has begun.
1.2.5 In case of amendment or cancellation with a (partial) refund, 7% administration & handling fee will be applied, in addition to the cancellation policy as described above. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations always need to be submitted in writing by email (info@divecampus.com) to avoid misunderstanding.
2. Corporate Bookings, International or Liveaboard Trips
2.1 For Corporate/Group Bookings for Courses, Full refund (except third party costs - if any like PADI Fees, Permit Cost, Visa Fees, Transportation) can be offered if booking is cancelled 45 days in advance, if booking is cancelled 30 days from the schedule 50% refund applies (except third party costs - if any like PADI Fees, Permit Cost, Visa Fees, Transportation). No refund will be offered if booking is cancelled 20 days from the schedule.
2.2 No show OR early departure from a reservation/trip is considered to be the same as a cancellation after departure, and no refund applies.
2.3 In case of amendment or cancellation with a (partial) refund, we will apply a 7% administration fee to cover our finance charges, convenience fees, and/or handling costs incurred, in addition to the cancellation policy as described above. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations always need to be submitted in writing by email (info@divecampus.com) to avoid misunderstanding.
2.4 For Liveaboard & International Trips, respective operator cancellation policy applies. Unless specified otherwise full refund can be offered if booking is cancelled 60 days in advance, if booking is cancelled 45 days from the schedule 50% refund applies. No refund will be offered if booking is cancelled 30 days from the schedule. Different cancellation policies may apply to each reservation type, and for each reservation, by booking the guest agrees with the respective booking conditions of the reservation type
2.5 For Liveaboard trips, If the vessel is not in condition to sail or if there are any delays in the dry dock, the operator has the right to operate the same itinerary with a different vessel. In this case, the customers have to accept the change of vessel. If the standard of the vessel lacks important facilities, compensation can be made, but this is not an obligation. DiveCampus will not be liable for disputes arising out of the appointment of a different vessel.
2.6 Should your trip be canceled due to weather conditions or safety reasons, DiveCampus policies entitles you to a reschedule of the trip under the same conditions.
2.7 Rescheduled trips are not subject to refunds.
2.8 Policies may change in case of Force Majeure events.
3.1 So you received your order but something but didn't work for you? We've got you covered, just return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days from date of delivery and we will process your refund.

3.3 Your refund will be credited on your account as DiveCampus Credits within 5 working days after the item is collected back. You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size/color or to order any other item you would like.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange on Diving Gear and Equipments:
- Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection.
- The item should be in good condition along with the original tag and not used
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on intimates (swimwear, shorts, etc.)
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products due to their brand policies. Refer to the product description for details during your purchase.
