Credits are proven quickest and safest way for refund and therefore we do not provide cash refunds.
If you wish to return an item, the price paid for your items will be safely returned to you through a DiveCampus Credit or as a credit / debit card refund (if you paid for your items using a credit / debit card). You can then use this credit to purchase a new size, colour or a totally different item altogether.
Please note that DiveCampus credits will be used to
cover the cost of the items only and cannot be used to cover shipping costs, COD fees or service charges imposed by the shipping company.
