PADI Dive Propulsion Vehicle (DPV) Diver
Embarking on a scuba diving adventure with a Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV) adds an extra layer of excitement to your underwater experience. In the PADI® Diver Propulsion Vehicle course, you'll be amazed at the vast underwater wonders you can discover on just one tank of air. Your instructor will guide you through various maneuvers and tricks for the best use of DPV.
DPVs, also known as underwater scooters, offer the opportunity to see more, conserve air, traverse distances faster and a great help during the tough currents.
Throughout two exhilarating dives, you'll hone your DPV skills, practicing maneuvers and tandem riding. Gain valuable knowledge on avoiding challenges such as rapid ascents/descents, motor entanglements, losing sight of your buddy, and ensuring you don't run out of battery power.
