The All-Women PADI IDC will feature comprehensive PADI training, flexible schedules with distance-learning options, and mentorship from PADI Course Director Sneha Shetty and experienced female PADI IDC Staff professionals, all aimed at empowering more women within the diving world. Participants will also engage in marine conservation efforts to support the PADI AWARE Foundation.
After the successful completion of the All-Women PADI IDC curriculum at DiveCampus, participants will:
- Become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and EFR Instructor
- Become PADI Aware and Coral Reef Conservation Speciality Instructor
- Become a PADI Swim School Instructor
- Become entry-level certified Freedivers OR Technical Divers.
- Chance to gain 6-month internship to learn behind-the-scenes of running a dive business, gain insights into digital marketing, led by Sneha, who is also a digital marketing expert with over 15 years of experience.
Instructor Course Prerequisites:
- Certified Divemaster
- Min. 60 logged dives to start the IDC and 100 logged dives to attend the Instructor Examination (IE).

Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training completed within the past 24 months.

Medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months, verifying fitness for diving.

Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI) certification. (You can earn this as part of your EFRI in IDC)
Course Duration: 2 weeks (Consecutive or Spread Out) Up to 1 week can be scheduled as distance learning/video-call.
The course will be held at DiveCampus, a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Center and Dubai’s only PADI Eco Center, recognised for its commitment to sustainable diving practices. The all-women IDC at DiveCampus welcomes female divers from around the world to join this inspiring community and take the next step in their diving careers.
